20 ml bual Madeira
10 ml Cynar
1 large wedge of lemon
1 stalk of rosemary
1 teaspoon caster sugar

Garnish with a herb bouquet of lemon thyme, rosemary and sage, tied with think foil. Cap with crushed ice and finish with a couple of grinds of pink peppercorns.
